Framed by two beautiful trees, our Urban Garden is the perfect space for any event. Coffeehouse by day, the Urban Garden is hireable after 5 pm when we close to the public and the real magic happens.

The Urban Garden can be transformed into an open space for standing, or seating can be arranged in a casual or auditorium-style format, accommodating between 80 and 100 guests.

Urban Garden hire includes our HD TV, plug-and-go access to ClickShare for presenting, high-quality surround sound and two wireless microphones. We also have a variety of space add-ons, such as welcome drinks, event food packages, uplighters and bespoke music playlists, that we can recommend and provide based on the atmosphere you wish to create.

Co-working space by day, The Alchemy has been designed to host up to 200 guests in a space guaranteed to leave you with the wow factor. 

The Alchemy is hireable for events needing a bigger capacity, assistance from an external production team, or exclusive occasions requiring a building take-over.

Black-out blinds, a large projector screen, folding chairs, a stage and a high-quality surround sound system, provide a cinematic experience for your audience, whilst our mezzanine offers additional standing space with a birds-eye view of the space below – think VIP, baby.

The Alchemy is typically used for large-scale events such as hybrid events, speaking panels, and red-carpet occasions.

Love to snack while you chat? Our tasty canapés let your guests mingle and enjoy a bite at the same time. If you’re after something more substantial, we offer a top-notch grazing buffet with sandwiches, wraps, savoury snacks, sweets, and afternoon tea treats—all laid out beautifully for your guests to graze.

If you want to go all out, our on-site chef can whip up a home-cooked dish just for you. If you wish to offer a comforting classic or something a bit fancier, we’ll make sure no one leaves hungry. 

We’ll do all the prep and leave you and your guests to help yourselves – seconds included – we don’t judge.

If you’d like to set the scene and provide your guests with a glass of fizz on arrival, we have welcome drink packages starting at just £7 per person, including glasses of prosecco or bottles of perfectly chilled beer.

Bar vouchers, redeemable drinks tokens, bespoke cocktail menus or open-bar options can be arranged upon request.
