At 1 Mill Street, we’re not here to fit the mould. We’re bold, a bit cheeky, and all about turning connections into something that matters.
In a space buzzing with creatives, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and innovators, we found one thing in common: a desire to make a real impact on our community – not long after, Make Good Grow was born.
Make Good Grow is a different kind of social impact initiative.
We match charities, non-profits, and good causes with our skilled passioneers willing to lend a hand.
What’s a Passioneer, you ask?
Anyone can be a Passioneer.
All it takes is somebody fired up about giving back to the local community through a unique skill, trade, or simply a passion for making a difference.
Make Good Grow offers a refreshing way to volunteer by focusing on genuine partnerships where every connection counts. This isn’t just about giving back – it’s about building a thriving, connected community with a purpose.
No fluff, red tape or signing your life away – just real skills meeting real needs.
How Does It Work?
Think Tinder, but for charities.
Whether you’re a designer, a strategist, a great cook, a decorator, or simply someone who cares, we’ll match you with impactful projects where your skills can make a difference – right here in our community.
The best bit? You give back on your terms, your way.
So, whether you want to host a one-off workshop to help charities boost their skill sets, cook up a storm at a local soup kitchen, or dive into a meaningful project with a cause that resonates with your values, we’ll make it happen.

To date, our community has completed 23 completed projects across 3 of our good causes: Evergreen School, New Chapters and Central Ajax.
Together, we’ve ticked off 119 completed projects for 56 good causes across Warwickshire.
That’s 175,772 lives impacted in 2024 alone.
We’ve hosted 18 expert workshops with 23 local good causes – run by 14 of our incredible members and Passioneers, resulting in a total value impact of £24,815 and rising.
None of this would be possible without the help of our Passioneers.
